Refund policy

We have a 10 day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit on another rug. 

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need to notify us as soon as possible if you feel the rug isn’t working for you. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at vintagerugaddiction@gmail.com. Or text me directly at 218-280-3578.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 198 Chestnut View Dr Kingston TN 37763 accept for rugs purchased directly from my Canadian supplier. Those rugs would normally be returned to them. 

If your return is accepted for an exchange of another rug equal to or greater in value, please ship back to us FedEx Ground at your expense.

Damages and issues
All true vintage rugs have some issues.  We take great pride in assuring our customers that even though repairs may have been done, they were done by professionals and will stand the test of time.  Most of our rugs are vintage or antique. Our products are worn in nature and may contain blemishes, imperfections, flaws, and/or signs of wear, which gives each rug its special and unique appeal/character and, therefore, cannot be considered defective. 😊

All rugs are photographed in natural lighting without the use of filters. We try to capture the truest nature of each rug. Please note that the colors of the rugs may vary depending on what device you are viewing them from.

Natural lighting plays a major role in the appearance of a rug in a home. If natural lighting is absent from a space, it is very possible that the colors of the rug will appear darker

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
Refunds are normally not given.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at vintagerugaddiction@gmail.com.
